1. Scope of application
This delivery, shipping, and installation policy applies to all customers purchasing Brother GTX printers, ink cartridges, spare parts, or using services at Hyunwoo International Vietnam.
2. Shipping and Delivery Methods
For Brother GTX printers & large industrial equipment:
- Delivered directly to the customer's factory/address using the company's dedicated trucks or those of a trusted logistics partner.
- Hyunwoo's Vietnamese-Korean technical team will directly accompany the team to assist with loading, installation, configuration, and operational training.
For Ink, Components & Print Processing:
- Delivery is available via courier services (Viettel Post, GHTK, GrabExpress, etc.) or direct same-day delivery within Ho Chi Minh City.
3. Delivery time
- Inner city of Ho Chi Minh City: Delivery time is 1-2 business days for readily available ink/components; 24 hours for express delivery.
- Other provinces and cities nationwide: Delivery takes 2-5 business days, depending on the geographical area.
- For imported/custom-ordered printers: The delivery time will be specifically agreed upon in the sales contract between the two parties (usually 7-20 days).
4. Shipping costs
- Free shipping and installation of Brother GTX printers nationwide (or as specified in the Sales Contract).
- For orders of printing ink, consumables, or finished products: Shipping costs will be calculated according to the shipping company's fee schedule or as specifically agreed upon at the time of quotation.
5. Responsibility for goods in transit
The company assumes full responsibility for any risks to the goods (loss, damage) during transportation from Hyunwoo's warehouse to the customer's delivery location.
Customers are responsible for checking the seal, quantity, and condition of the products upon receipt. If any goods are found to be dented, damaged, or incorrect, please make a report with the delivery person and immediately notify the Hotline. 0767 66 88 44 to be processed.
