Scope of application<\/h2>\n<p>This delivery, shipping, and installation policy applies to all customers purchasing Brother GTX printers, ink cartridges, spare parts, or using services at Hyunwoo International Vietnam.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Shipping and Delivery Methods<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For Brother GTX printers &amp; large industrial equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivered directly to the customer&#039;s factory\/address using the company&#039;s dedicated trucks or those of a trusted logistics partner.<\/li>\n<li>Hyunwoo&#039;s Vietnamese-Korean technical team will directly accompany the team to assist with loading, installation, configuration, and operational training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Ink, Components &amp; Print Processing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery is available via courier services (Viettel Post, GHTK, GrabExpress, etc.) or direct same-day delivery within Ho Chi Minh City.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Delivery time<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inner city of Ho Chi Minh City:<\/strong> Delivery time is 1-2 business days for readily available ink\/components; 24 hours for express delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other provinces and cities nationwide:<\/strong> Delivery takes 2-5 business days, depending on the geographical area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For imported\/custom-ordered printers:<\/strong> The delivery time will be specifically agreed upon in the sales contract between the two parties (usually 7-20 days).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Shipping costs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Free shipping and installation of Brother GTX printers nationwide (or as specified in the Sales Contract).<\/li>\n<li>For orders of printing ink, consumables, or finished products: Shipping costs will be calculated according to the shipping company&#039;s fee schedule or as specifically agreed upon at the time of quotation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Responsibility for goods in transit<\/h2>\n<p>The company assumes full responsibility for any risks to the goods (loss, damage) during transportation from Hyunwoo&#039;s warehouse to the customer&#039;s delivery location.<\/p>\n<p>Customers are responsible for checking the seal, quantity, and condition of the products upon receipt.
